Who: . .......All 5th & 6th Graders are Invited to Participate

What:         Free swimming and diving practice sessions and meet hosted by the Simley Swimming and Diving Booster Club.  The Simley High School Swim Team coaches and team members will work with the 5th and 6th grade students during practice times. All ability levels are welcome.  Come and have some fun and improve your skills for free. 

Dates:        
May 4th  and 5th   Practice sessions:
                                      6th Grade Practice from 3:00 – 4:30 p.m.                
                                      5th Grade Practice from 3:45 – 5:15 p.m.
May 6th             Short practice followed by the Swim Meet.  Swim Meet starts at 4:15 p.m. Parents are invited to come watch and cheer.  All participants will be awarded ribbons. The swim meet will end around 6:00pm.

Location:      “The Grove” pool at the I.G.H. Veteran’s Memorial Center.

Transportation:  Transportation to the “Grove” is provided.  School buses will pick up participating students on all 3 days.  Buses will pick up 5th graders in front of their elementary school, and 6th graders in front of the middle school.  Buses will be marked “5th/6th Grade Swim Meet.”   Parents must provide rides home from the pool (the Grove.)

What to bring:  Must bring: Swimsuit and towel.  (“Speedos” are NOT required.)
                 Recommended, but not required (bring if you have them): swim cap & goggles.
